Initial Diagnostic Evaluation and Assessment: $180
session 53 min + = $140
session 38-53 min = $115
session 16-37 min = $75

Insurance

We accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, BCBS, WPS, Badgercare, Security Health Plan, Group Health Cooperative, Prevea 360, Dean Health, Quartz and REALiving EAP.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
