About Tiffani
I have over twenty-five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in 1991 and earned my Master of Clinical Social Work and Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Florida State University in 1994. Specialized training I have received includes Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, strength-based cognitive-behavioral therapy, systems theory for family dynamics and the Strengthening Families program.
My belief is that people have the power to change their lives and that therapy is a great way to guide and support these desired changes. Therapy is an opportunity for growth and discovery of self. Therapeutic work can help people create a deeper connection with themselves, their loved ones and their surroundings, improve life satisfaction and mental health, and support movement toward life goals by maximizing a person’s strengths and helping them to find balance in life.
