Patient advice: It’s okay to be nervous about your first visit; you can share as much or as little as you like. I take a personable approach to therapy, creating a safe space for each client to feel comfortable and authentic—removing their masks and allowing vulnerability. I believe each client has a choice to trust and change their lives, and therapy is a place that supports that resilience to bloom.
