Initial Diagnostic Evaluation and Assessment: $280
Individual session – 60 min = $225
Individual session – 45 min = $195
Individual session – 30 minutes = $165
Couples/Family/Conjoint = $175

Insurance

We accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, BCBS, WPS, Badgercare, Security Health Plan (Explore, Freedom, Indemnity, Premier, Reliance, Select, Simply EPO) Group Health Cooperative, Prevea 360, Dean Health, Medica, Quartz, and REALiving EAP.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
