About Karsyn
Karsyn completed her undergraduate studies at UW-Madison where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Gender and Women’s Studies with a certificate in Criminal Justice. Karsyn finished her schooling at UW-Stout with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Karsyn has experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of diagnoses utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and client centered approaches. She has training and specialization in substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. She tailors her interventions based on clients’ needs and interpersonal styles as she believes every client needs to be met where they are at, and therapy is not a one size fits all approach. Karsyn’s goals are to create a space where you feel comfortable, to help you understand yourself, and to help you meet your goals so you can live the life that you want to live.

Outside of her professional work, Karsyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves reading, thrifting, and crafting. As a lover of music, she enjoys singing in a community choir, going to concerts, and collecting vinyl records.
