Grace is the first friendly voice you hear when you call our office! She is the mastermind behind making sure new patients get started on the right foot and keeps everything running smoothly—scheduling with finesse, answering calls with a smile, and making sure our therapists have everything they need to focus on what matters most: helping our patients.

She also takes our beverage station duties seriously—coffee, tea, and drinks are always stocked (have a preference? Tell Grace!). And let’s be honest, they’re the unsung hero keeping the office clean, calm, and collected. Basically, she’s the behind-the-scenes magician making Authentic Mental Health feel like home! ✨
