About Elizabeth
Elizabeth completed her undergraduate studies at Western Illinois University having obtained Associate and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Education. Elizabeth completed a Masters degree in counseling at an interfaith seminary and became a certified Hospice Chaplain. She has a second Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Wisconsin Superior and is accumulating licensure hours.

Elizabeth has years of experience counseling adults, all types of couples, and families clinically, since 2021.

In session with Elizabeth you’ll learn about and practice unique, evidence-bases techniques to help you experience positive, long-term healing. These may draw from eclectic, custom-tailored approaches such as Somatic, Existential, Relational-Cultural, Family Systems, Creative Media, Traditional Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, Physical therapies for holistic healing
and/or Animal/Biotherapy (nature-based).

You’ll find your own unique path to healing by storytelling, web-building, contradictive empathy, mind-body exercises and other physical techniques to help release pent-up physical stressors that negatively affect your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational wellbeing. With practice, you can experience relief and repair of chronic cortisol and adrenaline symptoms. The power to process trauma and experience freedom in your existential responsibilities is within reach!
